Mr. Nelson’s 26 year career in Human Resource management brings a depth of experience and leadership in Employee + Labor Relations to H2R Associates. He has held several Senior Executive Human Resource positions in the Gaming + Hospitality industries, and is highly respected in the area of contract negotiations and interpretation. Mr. Nelson has implemented, refined, and launched centralized Human Resources Functions for many high profile clients.

With over 25 years of experience in the fields of Domestic, Corporate and International Security, Crisis Management, International Relations and Counter-Terrorism, Mr. DeHail delivers a broad spectrum of Security and Risk Management expertise to both the private sector and government. He has completed numerous high-risk assignments in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia.

A National member of SHRM, Cathie received her BS with a concentration in Business Management and minor in Psychology from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA. Progressive responsibilities include, HR business unit support, recruiting and staffing, benefits administration, Diversity, EEO and compliance administration and training, employee relations, and health services.
Peter C. Hadley, CHE – Managing Consultant
Mr. Hadley is an experienced executive with a strong background in healthcare management and non-profit enterprises. With a background as a Sr. Vice – President of a large Medical Center, Peter brings strong training, operational and process development expertise to H2R clients. Mr. Hadley also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Seton Hall University and is a Diplomat of The American College of Healthcare Executives.
